We will confirm and process valid requests within a reasonable timeframe.

What we can delete

Server logs tied to your requests (where applicable)
AI chat history associated with your session (where stored)

Local data on your device

Saved favorites are stored in your browser or app storage. Clear app data or uninstall the app to remove them locally.

Accounts

Plottia does not require an account for core features today. When accounts launch, deletion will be available in-app and via email.
